HS Practice Schedule
THIS IS THE SCHEDULE FOR RUNNERS IN CC CLASS. IF YOU ARE NOT IN CC CLASS, CONTACT ME FOR SPECIFICS ON YOUR SCHEDULE.
HS BOYS
Mon - 6:00am. Team meeting during CC class.
Tues - 7:45am & PM practice at Claiborne.
Weds - 7:45am.
Thurs - 7:45am & PM practice on Campus.
Fri - 7:00am
ATTENDANCE AT ALL WORKOUTS IS MANDATORY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETS.
HS GIRLS
Mon - 6:00am. Team meeting during CC class
Tues - Stay after school and go to Claiborne Park.
Weds - Run during 7th period
Thurs - Stay after school and run on campus.
Fri - Run during 7th period.

-- Coach Joe Newton. Joe Newton has coached for over 50 years and has won over 25 state titles in Illinois. His teams are always talented, but show class as well. Having success is awesome, but it is far more important to be a first-class individual.
